Vischer Ferry Nature Preserve - Again

Vischer Ferry Nature and Historic Preserve in Clifton Park has become one of my favorite places to exercise, enjoy nature and make some photographs, all while easily maintaining physical distancing due to the large acreage and wide trails. From past experience, however, I do know that once mosquitos become numerous it's not a place you can spend time at without moving quickly.

I carried the same equipment as my April 25th blog post. A difference is I headed in a different direction where I knew there were some Goose nests close to the trail. When I arrived at 6:40AM there were no cars and when I left at 8:30AM there were twelve cars in the parking lot. But I only passed three people with lots of room to physically distance.

Also, today I moved all my photos made at the preserve to a dedicated gallery. They came from natural scenics, anthropogenic scenics, birds & insects and mammals, reptiles & amphibians. You can visit the gallery here.
