I knew I wanted to get out early today for my exercise walk before normal people started getting out and before it clouded up and began raining. I walked from home over to, and around, Waterford with an EOS RP body and the RF 35mm f/1.8 IS Macro STM lens.

I'm going to start using this simple combination more often as the lens is really versatile. It's small, light, fast, has 5 stop image stabilization and focuses to half life size. It's also inexpensive.

There are rumors, which I hope are true, that Canon plans on introducing similar RF lenses in 50mm and 85mm focal lengths. I'll be preordering both if they do. 

I'm not sure where the boats moored in Waterford Harbor are planning on going. The canal in still drained and the opening is yet to be determined.
