Yesterday was a clear and windy day, perfect for a two hour cruise on a solar powered boat which visited two lighthouses on the Hudson River in the Kingston, New York area. The silent running of the boat really added to the experience of being on the river as you could clearly hear everything going on around you - wind, waves, birds, trains and other boats.
