I could not pass up a deal I ran across to add a 24-105mm lens to my four RF STM prime lenses. Earlier this year I had three RF f/4 zoom lenses which, together, cost me about $3,600. The RF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM alone has a list price of $1,600. But I then I decided to use Minolta manual focus lenses, then Canon EF L prime lenses, then inexpensive Canon RF STM prime lenses and the RF L zoom lenses went in exchange.

The RF 24-105mm f/4-7.1 IS STM lens has a list price of $400 and Lens Rentals is selling their used copies in like new condition for $140. I took a chance that it would be good enough to use as a supplement to the STM prime lenses which I am enjoying, Today is my first use of the lens but it seems to be fine.
