November Sunrise at Lock E5

The sun now comes up right over Bald Mountain as viewed from lock E5 on the Waterford Flight of Locks. As usual, on days with nice conditions, I used both EOS RP bodies with the 16-35mm and 24-240mm lenses.

Finances permitting, I'd like to get one of the just announced RF 70-200mm f/4L lenses to use in place of the super zoom for critical purposes. That lens will have better image quality. I'd still plan on keeping the super zoom for when I only want to use one body and may need both wide and telephoto focal lengths.

Here are some samples from this morning.
